Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of your choice nut butter
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk from the can
  • 2 teaspoons collagen peptide powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoons of chia seed

 

How To

  • Blend in a high speed blender
  • Chill for 1 hour
  • Garnish with your favorite toppings
