1/3 cup your choice of dairy-free (or dairy) cheese
3 tablespoons of your choice milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until a batter is achieved.
In a large ovenproof skillet, warm up 2 teaspoons of your choice oil. Swirl skillet to distribute oil. Pour batter into skillet and cook on medium heat, on the stove top, for 5 minutes.
Arrange toppings on the pizza. Place skillet in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until toppings are melted/cooked. Remove, slice, and serve immediately.
