Every Pure Fresh Daily Pizza Dough order is enough to make: (4) mini pizzas or (2) 10-inch pizzas or calzones, or (1) large pizza.
This Pizza Dough is gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and vegan. This pizza dough does contain wild sourdough yeast.
2 pre-made dough balls needs to be cooked within 2 days of receiving or else the fermentation will be very strong. If you don’t plan on using it within 2 days of receiving, the dough can be frozen for up to 3 months.
How To prepare your pizza:
Preheat oven to 475-500 degrees.
Prepare your selected pizza toppings. Set aside.
Place the prepared dough ball on a GF floured piece of parchment paper. Rub your hands with oil. Use your hands to form it into the shape and thickness you desire. Transfer the parchment paper onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Brush pizza dough with a bit of olive oil. Top with your selected sauce, cheese and other pizza toppings. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the pizza has cooked to your desired crispness.
