Every Pure Fresh Daily Pizza Dough order is enough to make: (4) mini pizzas or (2) 10-inch pizzas or calzones, or (1) large pizza.
This Pizza Dough is gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and corn-free:
2 pre-made dough balls. The dough needs to be cooked within 2 days of receiving or else the fermentation will be very strong. If you don’t plan on using it within 2 days of receiving, the dough can be frozen for up to 3 months.
How To prepare your pizza:
Preheat oven to 475-500 degrees.
Prepare your selected pizza toppings. Set aside.
Place the prepared dough ball on a GF floured piece of parchment paper. Rub your hands with oil. Use your hands to form it into the shape you desire. Transfer the parchment paper onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake pizza dough for 5 minutes. Safely remove from oven and brush with your selected sauce. Top with your selected cheese and other pizza toppings. Return to the oven for 15 minutes, or until the pizza has cooked to your desired crispness.
